Bullipedia Volume IV

To close the morning of 2nd June, Ferran Centelles (former sommelier of El Bulli) will present the fourth volume of the Bullipedia.

This volume probably is the most eagerly awaited in the series as it focuses on the sommelier trade and restaurants, an area with little literature coverage. Through a vibrant, fresh journey across the world of sommeliers, it gives us an insight on a wide range of aspects such as business, psychology, sales, service technology, pairing and innovation. All this in the company of illustrious sommeliers who bring their personal vision and knowledge in each chapter.
