Making strides in its recognition of the work of entities, entrepreneurs and professionals who distinguish themselves by producing, processing, marketing and offering quality food, Alimentos de España will present its Defence of Food Products Award at Madrid Fusión.

The recipient of this award will be a chef or a restaurant that stands out for the way they celebrate Spanish food products through their offering.
