A congress with all the health guarantees
A complete protocol will guarantee the safety of all attendees.
Madrid Fusión 2021 will adapt to the current situation generated by the Covid 19 pandemic. To this end, it will have all the health safety guarantees required by the new scenario with a protocol in Ifema that brings together all the necessary measures to organise the flow of attendees and their mobility; to establish capacity controls and the required safety distances.
At all times it will be necessary to follow the health rules that already prevail in so many areas of our lives: the use of a mask (without a valve) and compliance with the minimum safety distance. To facilitate this last point, queue management mechanisms will be in place, as well as signage on the floor.
The fair will also apply strict cleaning and disinfection protocols, as well as body temperature detection, hydroalcoholic gel dispensers and safety screens in the reception areas.
In addition, all Ifema halls are equipped with a ventilation system that guarantees 100% outside air in order to follow all the recommendations of the World Health Organisation: excess ventilation, elimination of air recirculation and filtration systems.
With these health and safety measures and the collaboration of everyone, we guarantee a safe congress to continue enjoying the best in gastronomy.
