Classic Pairings: Wine and Cheese
The Madrid Fusión Vinomios aim to promote alternative cuisines, demotratise the sector and celebrate the versability of all types of wines.
On Wednesday 2nd June, the final Vinomio of the congress will be held on the topic “Classic Pairings: Wine and Cheese” with a tasting session harmonised by Ferran Centelles (Former Sommelier at El Bulli) and Cara Díez (Formaje cheese shop) who will explore the multiple pairing possibilities between cheese and wine.
