The Madrid Fusión Vinomios aim to promote alternative cuisines, demotratise the sector and celebrate the versability of all types of wines.
On Tuesday 1st June, the Vinomio entitled “Spectacular Pairings: Pizza and Natural Wines” will round up the experiences of Massimo Colombo (Chef at Xemei), Stefano Colombo (Bar Brutal) and Víctor Martín Calvo (Head Sommelier at Bar Brutal) who will show us that natural wines go especially well with pizza.
