On Monday 31st May, the Vinomio entitled “Meatlovers’ pairings: Wines and Hamburgers” will be held by Juan Ruiz, Sommelier and Owner of Little John Burger (Rota, Cádiz). Using three wines and one dish to illustrate his point, he will prove that the perfect pairing for hamburgers does exist.
